Not happy with your order? We’re here to help. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
You can contact us by the email button (To the left). You can also reach out through our chat (Bottom corner), which is currently in Beta with limited support. Make sure to attach photos of the order you received as this will help us resolve the issue better.
We’ll look into each issue accordingly. Depending on the root cause of the issue, we might reprint, refund, exchange, or give you a coupon.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. This is especially applied to printed items.

All Items MUST be accounted for. Any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount.

Books must be returned in brand-new condition. We do not offer books in less than brand-new condition.
After you contacted us. if a return is in order a shipping label will be provided for you to return the item for free. This will include a tracking number.
Please allow 5-7 Days after receiving the return for the payment to process through the bank.
