Terms And Conditions:
Memberships Are ALWAYS Free. All or any information collected from my readers are kept private until no longer member, then it is automatically deleted with the profile. This is referring to any contests, Giveaways, Etc. To send the prize to you only. I do not sell any information to any Other Party. I do not use any cookies or any other kind of tracking software except for website count purposes only.
Please, if you wish to keep participating in the monthly giveaways, author giveaways, and other giveaways (There are a ton), keep your profile updated & undeleted.
Members are required to use an email, for TWO reasons.

So we contact you for giveaways purposes. We are aware the site may send you notifications, You can control that in your profile. WVR doesn't send you ANY emails unless:

You won a giveaway

You signed up for a newsletter (You actually have to sign up separately for that newsletter).

Members' Addresses are Strictly to send giveaways. Periodically, the site has open to all member giveaways, every member will get a small prize. Could be a bookmark or sticker, Amazon/Starbucks gift cards, etc. You will not receive junk mail from us. Your address will NOT be sold or Even looked at (unless you won something).
This is our way of keeping your information safe, secured, and hopefully starting a community. Versus 10 years ago, when to enter a blog giveaway you had to leave your email address in the comments, pray your spam box didn't eat the notification you won, and having the giveaway go to the next person whose spam box DIDN'T eat the notification.
Sadly if there is no address for a physical item giveaway, We will go one to someone who already has it listed. This day and age, people want things done fast. Kind of like the golden rule; treat others how you want to be treated. Other people participating maybe be super excited to get a prize from their most beloved author but we're waiting around for someone to give WVR information... isn't very professional on our part. When it could go to that excited person who already had their information ready. So we require it up front and we'll send out the giveaway and notify you the same day. (Please allow 1-2 extra days for the authors).
GIVEAWAY POLICY: Were Vamps Romance and staff, are not responsible for books that do not arrive from the publisher, author or get lost in the mail. No replacements will be made. Your email address will not be saved or used for any purpose than to contact the winner in the contest for their mailing address.
Though extremely unlikely, Were Vamps Romance has the right to change or cancel any giveaway at any time without prior notice. (But we will leave a note in the post).
ALL Contest(s)/Giveaway(s) are closed at 11:59 p.m. PST On the day of. Unless stated otherwise.
The winners will be selected using Random.org. Then they will be contacted via email (on your profile) and given 48 hours to claim their prizes. If WVR does not hear from the winner(s) within that time, a new winner will be selected.
Blog Rules for ALL giveaway entries:
1.) Must be a member, with address (For shipping) and Email (For contact) on file.
2.) Leave a comment for the author. How else will we know you want the prize & weren't just browsing?
3.) Must be the age of 18 (due to book content) Unless stated material is for Young Adults.
Pretty simple.
Please Note: The Author is given the right to limit countries able to participate, because of shipping proposes. This will be stated on the giveaway if such a limitation does exist. Also, they may apply any of their own rules to the contest(s). This will be stated if occurs.
